Delivery

We are proud to inform that Stone Copenhagen ships to the entire Kingdom of Denmark, all countries within the EU, Norway and the United Kingdom.

We strive to process and ship orders that are placed on weekdays before 12 p.m the same day, otherwise we will ship within 24 hours. This applies to both domestic and international orders. Your order will be delivered Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a weekend or Danish holidays will be processed the following business day.

Usually delivery times are 1-3 business days within Denmark, and 5-8 business days when delivering abroad.

We cannot offer delivery on a specific day or time as all orders are processed in chronological order.

We are using GLS as our shipping partner in Denmark and within EU-countries. Once your order has been sent, you will receive your tracking number in an email.

Rates are as following: 

Shipping to Denmark  (Excl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

- Free shipping to GLS ParcelShops on all orders no matter the price of the product. 

-Shipping costs to a private address is 40 DKK 

The estimated delivery is 1-3 business days.

Shipping to the EU (Incl. Greenland and the Faroe Islands)
-Shipping costs on international orders are 10€ 

The estimated delivery is 5-8 business days.

Shipping to the UK and Norway
-Shipping costs to Norway and the United Kingdom are 10€ if the order is above 150€.

-For orders below 150€ shipping costs are 15€

-The estimated delivery is 5-8 business days.

-NOTE: Be aware that Stone Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for additional VAT costs that is specific for your country's policy outside the EU.
