Returns

Dear Customer,

If you wish to return, get a refund, or exchange your product, please use this form and guide. Please be aware that this shall happen within 14 days after you received the product. The jewelry shall always be returned in the same condition as it was received and in the original boxing.

Please do as following:

1. Please fill out the return form.

2. Pack the jewelry as originally packed

3. Attach the return paper and original invoice in the package.
