The following terms and conditions apply to all orders processed on www.stonecopenhagen.com

 Prices (within the EU)

It brings us pleasure to inform that when shopping at www.stonecopenhagen.com, you are able to purchase our products from all over Europe. All prices are either in DKK (Danish kroner), SEK (Swedish kroner), €Euro and £GBP (British Pounds) which can be chosen at the site. All prices regarding shipment within the EU countries includes VAT and Danish duties. The delivery cost for all EU countries is 75 DKK. Further information on delivery can be found under Delivery.    

We make reservations for tax changes and exchange rate changes. Be aware that Tax laws for selling to EU member countries changed on July 1^st, 2021.

Stone Copenhagen® furthermore reserve the right to make price changes on a day-to-day basis without prior consent.

Prices outside the EU

If you are purchasing from Norway or the United Kingdom, be aware of your local VAT-rates. Prices on delivery to foreign countries can be found under Delivery.

NOTE: Be aware that Stone Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for additional VAT and TAX costs that is specific for your country's policy outside the EU. 

Payment

Stone Copenhagen® accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, Maestro og AMEX.

The amount will be debited from your account when the package has been shipped.

Stone Copenhagen® make reservations regarding pricing errors and sold out pieces.

Shipment and Delivery

Stone Copenhagen ship to the entire Kingdom of Denmark, European Union, furthermore United Kingdom and Norway. If your home country was not mentioned above and you would like to place an order, please contact info@stonecopenhagen.com.

Stone Copenhagen® delivers on all business days. We strive to ship on the same day that the order is made.

We are pleased to inform that we offer FREE DELIVERY if your delivery is placed in Denmark, shipments will be handled by GLS. Estimated time for delivery is 1-5 days.

Shipments outside of Denmark kan take up to 14 business days, for more information click here. Be aware of taxes outside the EU.

If delays occur at GLS, this will correspondingly delay the delivery, and Stone Copenhagen cannot be held responsible for this.

All jewelry is shipped in a Stone CPH matching box.

Colors

We make reservations for any shade differences between colors on pictures and the jewelry and stones actual color. However, we do our utmost to make sure the colors on the pictures correspond in the best possible way to reality.

Claims

We provide a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing. You can have the item exchanged or the money refunded in accordance to the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect handling of the product. You must complain in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error.

 NOTE: Always contact Stone Copenhagen before returning the product! This is done by sending an email to Info@stonecopenhagen.com with a clear picture of the item, as well as your order number. After this, Stone Copenhagen decides that the item has been approved as a complaint and how to follow subsequent treatments.

 Returns

You have the right to return goods bought from our webpage within 14 days from shipment of your order. The customer pays for the cost of return.

The return must be informed to us latest 14 days after shipment of order at info@stonecopenhagen.com. The return of goods needs to be done in original packaging always including the original invoice.

The return will be processed as soon as possible within 14 days after receiving the goods. We reserve the right to withhold payment until we have received the goods and made the inspection. You can find the return sheet here. Please fill out the formular and return the item to the address:

If you wish to return a piece of jewelry, it is very important that the condition of the product is the same as when received, this means you cannot use the product before returning.
