Prices
All prices include VAT. Prices are shown in DKK for Denmark and in EUR for Germany and the Netherlands. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of obvious pricing errors, and you will of course be fully refunded.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna. The amount is charged when your order is shipped.
Delivery
We currently deliver to Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands. Delivery within Denmark is free. Shipping costs for other countries are shown at checkout. We aim to ship orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 the same day. You can read more about delivery times on our delivery page.
All jewelry is shipped in a Stone Copenhagen box.
Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The 14 days start on the day you receive your item. If your order is delivered in several parcels, the period starts on the day you receive the last item.
To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14 days by email to info@stonecopenhagen.com. You are welcome to use our return form, but it is not required – a clear message that you wish to cancel your purchase is enough.
You must send the item back no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You pay the cost of returning the item. Please send the item to:

You may examine the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund. Please pack the item well – we recommend returning it in the original box.
We will refund the purchase price, including the original standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or you have shown proof that it has been sent. The refund is made to the payment method you used for the purchase.
Complaints (2-year right of complaint)
You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means you can claim repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund if the item has a defect that existed when you received it, for example a manufacturing or material defect.
The right of complaint does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, colour change, or damage caused by incorrect use or handling. You can read how to care for your jewelry on our jewelry care page.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. A complaint made within 2 months of discovering the defect is always considered to be in time. Please contact us at info@stonecopenhagen.com with your order number and a clear photo of the item before you send it back. We cover reasonable return shipping costs for justified complaints.
Colours
We do our utmost to make sure that the colours in our pictures correspond as closely as possible to the actual jewelry and stones, but small differences in shade may occur, for example due to screen settings.
Complaint options
If you have a complaint about a product purchased from us, please contact us first at info@stonecopenhagen.com. If we cannot reach a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via Nævnenes Hus (www.naevneneshus.dk). If you live in another EU country, you can also contact the European Consumer Centre Denmark (www.forbrugereuropa.dk).
